Contacting support for a purchased account risks account locking or banning. It’s best to avoid support unless absolutely necessary.

Name change & in-game purchases

After purchasing an account, wait about 10 days before changing the name or making in-game purchases (gems, Gold Pass, or skins).

Avoid getting scanned

Refrain from pushing to top players, participating in high-ranked Clan War Leagues, getting reported frequently, or mentioning buying/selling in clan chat. These actions may attract attention from support and could lead to account locking or banning.
